What the fund does.
The Fund has a broad mandate across liquid crypto assets, protocol tokens, blockchain infrastructure, staking and on-chain yield opportunities. The strategy may also invest in listed equities and other instruments that support, enable or benefit from the growth of the digital-asset ecosystem, including companies and networks linked to artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, semiconductors, decentralized compute, robotics, automation, machine intelligence and next-generation digital infrastructure.The portfolio combines fundamental research with active risk management across liquid digital assets. The strategy currently uses no leverage and may be complemented by staking and on-chain yield enhancement.
Fund assets are held in insured cold-storage custody with BitGo, a regulated qualified custodian. BitGo's institutional framework includes multi-party signing, whitelisted withdrawal addresses, scheduled withdrawal windows and time-delayed execution. No individual at Holland Park Capital holds unilateral authority over fund assets.
